Supply to your size requirement
Reliable supply to your selected size requirement within 200–350g live weight, typically graded in bands no wider than 50g. Discuss your required grade and availability with us. This is not a mixed-weight assortment or a guarantee of every exact weight.
Dressed carcass yield is approximately half of live weight. “Legs” means the combined pair, approximately one quarter of live weight. On a 200–350g live-weight basis, each leg averages about 35g, with an illustrative range of 25–44g. These derived weights are illustrative only, not order grades or guaranteed weights. Actual yields vary.
